Who is Midnight?

Midnight is a real estate development and property management company established in 2017. We build and manage modern rental communities with a focus on quality, design, and lifestyle. Everything from construction to leasing is done in-house so residents get a seamless, well cared for living experience.

When can I sign a lease?

Leases will be signed closer to occupancy, about 90-120 days before move in. Right now, we are building a priority list so you get first access when leasing opens to have first dibs on your unit style and suite finishes.

Can I reserve a unit now?

Yes. You can place a $500 fully refundable deposit to reserve your preferred layout. Final unit selection happens once we release the official unit numbers.

What happens if I change my mind after placing a deposit?

Your deposit is 100% refundable anytime before lease signing. You’ll also receive an occupancy notice, and you can choose to move forward or get a refund.

What is the expected monthly rent?

Our pricing is aligned with current Barrie averages and will be finalized closer to occupancy.

Current ranges:

  • Studios/Bachelors: approx. $1,500-$2,000
  • 1-Bedrooms: approx. $1,900-$2,100
  • 1+Den: approx. $2,050-$2,200

Yes, we offer promotions, not rent discounts. (The only exception is a 10% discount we provide to first responders.)
